We built Citizen Sverige to help you pass the Swedish citizenship test – and we mean it. So here is our promise:
If you don't pass the citizenship test even though you have met all the requirements below, you get your money back on your one-time purchase in the app.

Pass guarantee
The Pass guarantee comes with one of our two Premium options — you pick which one when you buy. Choose the option with the guarantee and this applies: if you meet the guarantee requirements but still don't pass the official citizenship test, we pay back your full purchase via Swish within 14 days of receiving your UHR result. This guarantee is our own promise — handled by us, not by the App Store or Google Play — and it does not replace your statutory right of withdrawal. See all requirements in the terms.

- At least 300 practice questions answered.
- At least 5 exam simulations completed with a score of 90% or higher.
- An official test result from UHR showing that you did not pass.

How to claim

Email hej@citizensverige.com within 30 days of receiving your test result.

Include the email address your account is registered with and attach the test result from UHR.

We pay the refund via Swish or bank transfer within 14 days.
The guarantee can be used once per person.

This guarantee is our own commitment and is handled by us directly – not through the App Store or Google Play. section 4a of the terms of use
UHR has not yet set the official pass mark for the citizenship test. The requirements above are designed to make you as strong as possible on test day.
This guarantee is our own voluntary promise. It does not replace your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal – you claim the right of withdrawal from the App Store or Google Play, and the guarantee from us. See section 4a of the terms of use.
